Alco realizes that quality is a major facet to a successful business, so we have committed the resources and technology to produce a quality part for each customer. Alco can achieve this high quality through our state-of- the-art on-line computer application, CAD integrated software, PLC automated controllers and statistical process control (SPC) methods.

State-of-the-art On-line Computer Application

A completely integrated, custom-designed and developed application allows our manufacturing personnel the ability to view all prints, procedures and work instructions necessary to produce a quality part. The documentation needed to be ISO9001: 2008 is seamlessly integrated in every aspect of our application to include: gauge tracking for recertification, FMEA's and Control Plans for part processes, preventative maintenance for production equipment and finally a quality operating system, which enables us to track and analyze data for an on-going continuous improvement program.

Integrated CAD Software

CAD software allows us to produce precision prints in-house for every customer requirement. Time is saved and flexibility gained through combining CAD software with modem technology; communication is enhanced for parts specification and quoting.

Automated PLC Controllers

Our Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC) have taken the human error out of our production process. Real-time information is displayed for the operator to monitor and maintain the highest rate of machine efficiency.

Statistical Process Control Methods

Upon job approval and throughout our production process, we maintain CPK's utilizing SPC methods. We have also installed automated inspection equipment so that part dimensions are scanned and checked through computers.
